TINA STAHL
Founder & executive director
Tina Stahl is the Founder and Executive Director of Emerging Grace Ministries. Tina’s career in residential child care began as a caregiver for Boys & Girls Country. She has a Masters degree in Human Service Management. As a Licensed Child Care Administrator for the State of Texas since 2016, Tina has spent nearly 20 years working in the residential child care environment. Tina’s experience has led her to work with adolescents ranging in age from 12 to 24 years from CPS custody and the juvenile justice system as well as those who find themselves homeless. Her passion is to offer hope to vulnerable youth.
LORI STEPHENSON

Lori graduated from the University of Oklahoma in December of 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing. Upon completion of college, Lori moved to Houston, Texas in January of 1989 to pursue career opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry. Over the past 31 years of her employment, she has worked primarily for major Energy Trading companies including The Coastal Corporation, Duke Energy Services, Reliant Energy Trading, and Anadarko Energy Services. In addition to managing her career, she has served on various committees within her church and within the Tomball ISD parent organizations. She currently is serving on the board of Hope Cancer Retreat in Splendor, Texas. Lori brings her expertise in business to Emerging Grace Ministries.
JAZMINE NIGH

Jazmine Nigh is a native of New Jersey and a mother of three adult children plus some fur babies. Jazmine attended Rutgers University and had thought that the medical field was her calling with experience in different fields from gastroenterology, radiology, and urology. But she soon realized that massage therapy was her passion for helping people heal thru traumatic events. Shortly after meeting her husband in another state, they moved to Texas and became small business owners of Redhead Construction. Jazmine now helps with administrative and design consulting for their business. With the business she has developed relationships within the community especially with Tina. Jazmine became involved with Emerging Grace because she saw the need through volunteered events to network for Emerging Grace and help get it noticed. Awareness and being compassionate is what gives Jazmine the drive to get Emerging Grace open.
DANA GRIMSLEY

Dana Grimsley is currently employed as an administrative assistant for a wellness practice in Cypress. Dana has been working in non-profit as a philanthropist for over 35 years. Some of the boards and committees she has served on are New York Yankees Charities, Kansas City Royals charities, Truman Medical Hospital Women’s Health, National Charity League and a Court Appointed Special Advocate “CASA” of Montgomery County. She has also assisted children's organizations internationally including, Open Arms in South Africa and Queen Louise Home in St. Croix Virgin Islands. Dana is excited and motivated to have the opportunity to assist Emerging Grace Ministries in its goal of helping children heal. She considers it a blessing to have the opportunity to serve this amazing organization and these children.
KEDRA WILLIAMS

Kedra brings 18 years of financial experience to Emerging Grace Ministries. Kedra holds a B.S in Financial Management as well as a masters degree in management acquired from the University of Phoenix. She gives back to the community through organizations that she is affiliated with such as Junior Achievement, National Society of Leadership and Success and Single Woman Armed and Guarded. Her passion for rebuilding is not only for the financial aspect but to rebuild individuals one life at a time: while bringing life and finances back into harmony. Kedra’s commitment to serving on the EGM board stems from her passion.
Susan Summers

Susan Summers brings more than 20 years of Advancement experience to Emerging Grace Ministries. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Certified Fundraising Executive certification (CFRE) issued by CFRE International. Since 2015, Susan has served as the Director of Donor Relations at Lone Star College Foundation, where she creates and implements fundraising and communication strategies that enhance giving and cultivate new donors at one of the largest community colleges in the nation. Susan and her husband David live in The Woodlands with their rescue puppy Lola and are blessed to live near their two adult sons, who have established their homes and careers in the Houston area. Susan is honored to lend her experience in fundraising and communications to eradicate adolescent sex trafficking and help victims live as the precious daughters of God that they are.
Bill Potter

Bill Potter is a seasoned technology entrepreneur, strategist, and investor with a 30-year track record of success in the startup ecosystem. Bill has guided the growth of multiple ventures, including as the founder and Managing Member of MessageBroadcast, where he has driven the company's success for over 25 years, with the recent acquisition by Link Mobility further highlighting his expertise. Bill has also guided customer engagement technologies for JP Morgan Chase, AT&T, Verizon, Bloomingdales, McKesson, Amgen, Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas & Electric, Duke Energy, and many other Fortune 500 Companies. In addition to his professional achievements, Bill's 26-year dedication as a member of the National Board of Directors for Olive Crest - Strong Families, Safe Kids showcases his commitment to making a positive impact, particularly in championing support for children. Bill is married to Leslie, celebrating their 17 years together, and is the proud father to Scott and grandson Jack.
