The story book system was designed to replace the traditional level system. Residents are encouraged to write their stories based on the accomplishments defined in each chapter. The most important person they share that story with is themselves. It is not intended to be published or share with anyone but themselves to encourage them through the tough times. When doubts about their ability to overcome what they’ve been through they read their story.
