EGM Treatment Model
The EGM Treatment Model focuses on celebrating accomplishments and milestones regularly. Each milestone breaks down into six components measured as part of the logic model.

Relationship Development
Teaching residents that healthy relationships include feeling safe, valued, and able to maintain their own identity. Residents learn to set boundaries, compromise, support one another, and avoid unhealthy power struggles.

Medical / Physical Development
All medical needs are addressed, and regular physical activities are scheduled. Residents are taught the importance of caring for themselves physically and maintaining healthy habits.

Psychological Development
Traditional individual and group therapy play an important role in healing. Non-traditional therapies, including equine (horse) therapy and pet therapy, are also explored.

Spiritual Development
Residents are taught who Christ is and what He represents to the organization, while allowing each resident to make their own choices in their own time.

Educational Development
Along with credit recovery and obtaining a high school diploma, residents are encouraged to pursue vocational trades and college education opportunities.

Transitional Development
Residents apply the skills learned throughout the program to prepare for discharge and transition confidently into the next stage of life.
